With the Guardian's David Marr as host, a panel of experts on international law, domestic policy and global forced migration discussed alternative policy perspectives.

Boccalatte designed a whistle-stop workshop and facilitated one hundred audience members to explore and test the panel's ideas. Each group presented its key policy proposal and suggested ways to implement it.
